In 2021, the Seed Sovereignty Programme launched the Tiny Oat Collider at our 2021 Seed Gathering – an opensource dehuller – working with engineer/crofter/baker Adam Veitch to address a persistent problem for oat growers in our networks – how do we dehull our oats without the use of large, expensive machinery?

Throughout 2022, the Seed Sovereignty Programme has worked in collaboration with the Pebble Trust to enable Adam to test, evaluate and adapt the plans for Version 2. Both version 1 and version 2 opensource designs are made freely available to everyone below, thanks to the support of our funders.
